• Building on the Private-Public partnership, ADAPT Solutions has tied up with National Academy of Environment (Environmental Science Department, Calcutta University), to build expertise and resource pool in the area of Bio-IT.
• Amongst the initial charter, ADAPT & NAOE have undertaken an initiative to build computational models for Predictive Toxicology
• Develop IT tools for Pharma & Life Sciences industry
• IT Training for Bio-Technology, Bio-Chemstry graduates. Making them IT savvy for a career in IT organizations specializing in Bio-Technology, Bio-Informatics, Bio-IT, Pharma & Life Sciences.
• Develop solutions for environmental assessment, protection and conservation.

Each and every day we breathe, ingest, apply, and dispose of chemicals. The world around us, in its quest for progress, continues to develop new chemicals for agricultural, medicinal, military, and industrial uses. The effects of these chemicals on our health and well being and on our environment range from miraculous to disastrous.

Predictive toxicology attempts to identify the harmful effects of these chemicals and help in the development of preventive medicine and safer drugs.

ADAPT Solutions intends to create a predictive toxicological database/computational software (SafeADAPT), which will predict the ecological, societal and health risks/effects of any chemical, with reasonable accuracy.

SafeADAPT is a result of collaboration between ADAPT Solutions and Environmental Science Department, Calcutta University.
