The application allows subscribers to interact over VoIP or PSTN.
ADAPT's responsibility included evaluation of the technology, business process & application design, development of the application including managed services. ADAPT chose Asterisk as an open source framework for building the IVR & CTI application. Asterisk has been used in this project to power IP PBX system, VoIP gateways, conference servers and more.
