The application allows subscribers to interact over VoIP or PSTN.

ADAPT's responsibility included evaluation of the technology, business process & application design, development of the application including managed services. ADAPT chose Asterisk as an open source framework for building the IVR & CTI application. Asterisk has been used in this project to power IP PBX system, VoIP gateways, conference servers and more.

GUIDE is hosted in "CLOUD" environment it's affordable to any small or midsized school colleges and training institutes which are wary of investing substantially in IT infrastructure.
