THE STORY

One of our reputed client Infinity InfoTech Park approached us for a possible solution to their existing
manual billing system which consisted of:

• Various types of invoices - Normal Invoice, Utility invoice, Purveyor Invoice etc.
• Partnership billing
• Multiple UoM
• Multi cycle billing
• Multi level of authorization
• Escalation of charge for each item for each client
• Various types of lease system - long term. short term etc.
• Different invoicing according to lease term

Due to lack of automation, there were regular instances of revenue leakage or calculation error.
So, it was time that we came up with Infinity Billing Software – a solution which brought in that essential
automation in the process still keeping all the variations intact.
