The management team consists of Amitava Dutta and Debashish Roy, who have over 26 years
of experience each dealing with start-ups, turnaround programs and leading profit centers while

AMITAVA DUTTA
Better known as 'AD', firmly believes that while individuals
make a difference, it takes a team to deliver results. AD has
spent the better part of his professional life building teams that
have delivered. Graduated with a BSEE from NIT Kurukhsetra
in 1982, AD packs in almost three decades of experience in
building enterprises, managing profit centers and raising early
stage capital.

DEBASHISH ROY
With 23 plus years of experience in managing and implementing
large IT projects in India, Europe and USA, DR is a co-founder
of ADAPT. From an academic view point, Debashish graduated
in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Jadavpur
University (1982) and later Post Graduated (M. Tech) in
Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering from
Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (1984).
